is seeking an experienced and highly motivated
QA & Automation Test Engineer
responsible for testing, maintenance, and ongoing support of the platform. The role acts as the internal focal point for an enterprise platform. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to stay at the forefront of QA & automation testing technologies. Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with the software design team to discuss verification protocols. Identify weaknesses and target areas of software applications. Develop ideas for automated testing procedures. Detect, report, and troubleshoot issues. Design and install software databases. Identify quality issues and prepare test reports. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Previous experience as an automation test engineer. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and VBScript. Knowledge of automation systems, databases, and testing protocols. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Java, Selenium, JMeter, Postman Additional Technologies and Experience (Preferred)
Nginx IPv4 Networking Programming in C/C++, Java, Python, Go, Rust, Node.js Experience with test automation and data technologies Personal Traits
Passion for technology Initiative and self-learning Team player with ownership of contributions Certifications (Advantageous)
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) Sun Certified Web Component Developer (SCWCD) ITILv3 Foundation Certificate Location and Salary
Slough, Berkshire, UK. Salary: £40,000 to £50,000.
