roles. What you’ll be doing: Acting as a fully embedded T alent Acquisition Lead
within our client’s business, owning the hiring process from start to finish. You will lead the
Volume Field Sales
activity - you’ll be a hands-on TA leader who knows the levers of high-volume hiring - the people you need and what the data is telling you. Partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders – giving real-time support, market insight, and strategic hiring advice. Sourcing talent proactively – using LinkedIn, specialist job boards, careers fairs and social media to attract the best candidates Keeping track of recruitment data, pipelines, and performance metrics – and making smart decisions with it. Bringing The Rec Hub’s values to life, while proudly flying the flag for the client’s employer brand. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in hiring
Field Sales
at scale, ideally in tech or high-growth environments. Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships and influencing hiring decisions. A proactive, curious, and resilient mindset – you love solving problems and making things better. Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment (with a sense of humour helps too!). Someone who can fix what’s broken. Optimising what’s not. Scaling what works. You'll be ale to partner with Sales, Enablement, Ops, and Leadership to make sure everyone’s in sync.
