A gaming director is a professional in the gaming industry who ensures a video game looks great and works correctly. They supervise and review all aspects of the video game design process including the graphics, sounds and programming. The Game Director oversees the development of products, which includes gameplay, story and marketing materials. He/She plans a game concept together with senior members and provides insights on content development. He/She is in charge of the quality of game elements and manages creative tasks between departments. They need strong communication skills to explain new ideas, give constructive feedback and discuss goals and deadlines with their team. They can also use communication skills to connect with potential clients and investors. Leadership: A video game director needs strong leadership skills to manage multiple teams. They work with 2D and 3D artists, animators, modelers, and other artistic staff to coordinate all the visual images used in a game. Video game art directors supervise both in-house and off-site staff, handle management issues, and oversee the entire artistic production process. Work with a fun and engaging team. 15 hours per week required for the opportunity. Those interested should send an email to ask@rebeccaeverlene.org
