Some details of what you will do: Provide a fun and exciting gaming experience for our guests. Witness and verify gaming jackpots. Perform jackpot payouts. Perform minor machine repairs and paper fills as necessary, reporting more major repairs to the Gaming Technician on duty. Assist in performing E-Drops as necessary. What you need: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of customer service experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights. 3rd shift availability Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
