POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP of Digital and Business Transformation, this role drives enterprise-wide strategic initiatives to improve efficiency across all functions and develops and measures their impact.  You will identify, quantify, and develop transformation opportunities, and track their results. You will work with leadership and functional teams to identify, develop, and deliver complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Transformation opportunity discovery and definition

  • Partner with functional leaders to identify improvement opportunities and define transformation roadmaps

  • Collaborate with functional teams in defining and quantifying the expected benefits of improvement opportunities

  • Lead prioritization, and planning of large-scale transformation initiatives in partnership with functional leadership

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence the case for change

Strategic Planning & Transformation

  • Support the VP Transformation in refining and executing the Bank's strategic agenda.

  • Support Sales, Product, Operations, and technology annual planning efforts

  • Ensure all initiatives align with business goals and enterprise strategy

  • Provide data-driven insights for C-Level prioritization and decision-making

  • Advocate for new technologies and productivity-enhancing practices

Program Execution & Measurement

  • Assist transformation projects with analysis, strategic support, and documentation

  • Build trusted relationships with teams to surface challenges and successes

  • Transition defined strategies once ready for full implementation into strategic programs with the Strategic PMO

  • Track initiative benefits and communicate progress

  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTIBUTES

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Extensive experience in strategy, operations, and transformation

  • Strong planning, execution, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proven ability to drive innovation, efficiency, and collaboration

  • Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder

  • Champion of change with a strategic, results-driven mindset

  • Experience in Financial Services considered an asset
