(USA) | New York, NY | Chicago, IL | Seattle, WA | San Francisco, CA | Miami, FL Highly profitable crypto trading firm seeks a Backend Software Engineer to continue building and refining trading systems, tooling, automation, and more. This position is based onsite in a beautiful neighborhood in San Juan, Puerto Rico. You will have the opportunity to work with the former Software Architect for a successful trading software company and a team of passionate crypto traders, eager to take advantage of the eminent crypto bull run. Tech stack:

.NET, Python, Rust, Terraform, Linux, GCP, and microservices architecture on distributed systems. We are looking for well-rounded engineers comfortable traversing different programming languages, happy to work with traders and crypto enthusiasts, and who can iterate quickly on products or tooling needed for the team. An added plus: the ability to write low latency code will come in handy. Speed matters. Worth noting, taxes are lower for US residents in Puerto Rico than in most major cities in the US. Not only is this a well-compensated position, but your tax liability will be lower, as well as your cost of living. Relocation is provided.
