* *Team Composition: *Sole Dentist, 2– Hygienists, 2–Dental Assistants
* *Operatories:* 5
* *Technology:* Primescan, intraoral cameras, digital x-rays, WaveOne endo system, CBCT, MIS implants
* *Payer Mix:* PPO / Fee-for-Service
* *New Patients/Month:* 20–35

*Compensation & Benefits:*
* *Compensation:* 35% of collections
* *Daily Guarantee:* $850–$1,000
