Truck and Coach Mechanic

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Truck and Coach Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of trucks and trailers to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with Ontario regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel and gasoline-powered trucks and trailers

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air brake systems

· Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled

· Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders

· Ensure compliance with MTO standards and safety regulations

· Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety protocols

Qualifications:

· Valid Truck and Coach Technician Certificate of Qualification or currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program

· Hands-on experience in truck and coach repair

· Sufficient understanding of air brake systems, engine diagnostics, and electrical repairs

· Valid Ontario driver's license.

· DZ or AZ licence is considered an asset

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Candidates must currently reside in Ontario and be legally eligible to work in Canada. This is an on-site position.
