At our offices in Moussy le Neuf (77) or Cournon D’auvergne (63), we are looking for a highly skilled M365 Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall consistency and smooth operation of the solutions within its scope
  • Administration of M365 collaborative tools: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams
  • Administration of users and groups via Azure AD
  • Automation and optimization of PowerShell tools/scripts related to administration and migration tasks
  • Carry out advanced configuration of applications in line with the target processes worked on with the business divisions
  • Integration of Microsoft changes on the tenant
  • Administering and managing Azure services
  • Ensuring the security of Azure resources
  • Ensuring consistent administration of Microsoft 365 applications and application of established governance rules
  • Handling N3 support tickets (incidents and requests) related to M365 and Azure collaborative tools
  • Drafting procedures / solution sheets to enable M365 incidents to be resolved by the Helpdesk or Administrators teams
  • Analyze new versions and developments of applications
  • Advise and set up the roadmap of M365
  • Training and supporting users in the adoption of M365 solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in the same field, with good skills in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, generally in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments.
  • Collaborative tools M365 (with a focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams).
  • Microsoft Azure Services.
  • PowerShell scripting Migration tools M365.
  • Mastery of M365 security services: Defender, AADP1/2, AIP, O365 DLP, Sentinel, etc.
  • Knowledge of application packaging and Power Platform environment would be highly appreciated.
  • You have an overview of the Microsoft cloud solution, its architecture and the various services on offer.
  • Able to work well within a team and be happy to work autonomously for long periods of time.
  • Speed of adaptation.
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
  • A sharp learning temperament and be able to keep abreast of the latest industry developments in new technologies and IT practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly, especially under pressure.
  • A sense of service, good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for teaching will be essential assets if you are to succeed in this role.
  • Strong technical skills and an appetite for technology.
  • Business English level
  • French native or fluent
  • Any certification related to M365 would be a plus
