Perfect Dental Opportunity for Motivated Associate Dentist. This is an opportunity to work in a small town with an immediately full schedule. Special, long-term team and appreciative patients. Currently the patient based is covered two long term associates with one stepping away. The leaving associate currently makes over $150,000 working one day a week.
More days are negotiable and a secondary location is an option if full time work, 4 days/week is immediately needed. Building to more days in either location or sticking with a part time schedule are both options.Any specialty skills are a bonus and would only add to the opportunity but are not necessary. The current owner is available for mentorship if desired or an experienced dentist will be able hit the ground running.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations to determine oral health status
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences
* Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions
* Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care
* Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices

* Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology
* Ability to perform complex procedures
* Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication
* Familiarity with medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis
* Experience in dental fabrication processes for custom prosthetics
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in medical documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
