*Pay:* $44–$50/hour (based on experience)
*Sign-On Bonus:* Up to $4,000
Mapleton Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team. *What You’ll Do:*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence in ADLs
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and case management
* Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and progress
* Document clinical outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
* Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to optimize patient recovery
*Qualifications:*
* Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Active Colorado OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
* New graduates welcome — strong mentorship provided
* Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred
* Excellent communication, documentation, and critical-thinking skills
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach
