*Locations:* Bellevue and Bothell, WA
SPARC Health is a growing pediatric therapy practice serving children and families across King County. We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. We work primarily with children ages 2–8 in our Bellevue and Bothell clinics. All drive time is paid, and mileage is reimbursed.
*What you’ll do:*
* Provide evaluations and treatment for children ages 2–8
* Create and follow individualized treatment plans
* Communicate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals
* Complete progress notes and documentation on time
* Collaborate with speech therapists and other team members
*What we’re looking for:*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (WA) or license-eligible
* Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, early intervention, or school-based)
* Strong communication and organization skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Schedule:*
* Full-time or part-time available
* Combination of clinic and occasional off-site visits (all paid)

Pay: $51.18 - $65.73 per hour
