Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.

Doctolib is currently seeking an experienced Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a team of 6-7 individuals in the Product domain. As an Analytics Engineering Manager, you will be the owner of the complete data pipeline, from data extraction to publication. Our approach to deliver value and impact is product-oriented.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and grow the AE team, directly managing 6-7 engineers.
  • Define the technical roadmap in alignment with Tech & Product goals.
  • Work closely with Data Product Managers to help iterate on Data Products.
  • Collaborate with Data & Machine Learning Platforms teams to empower innovation and ensure our stack is performant, reliable, and stable.
  • Create a strong team culture aligned with our engineering standards and customer focus.
  • Participate in hands-on work, including code reviews, grooming, and design reviews.
Who You Are:
  • Lead and manage a team of 6-7 individuals, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  • Master the entire data lifecycle, from data extraction to publication, ensuring high-quality and reliable data assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support various business initiatives.
  • Bring a fresh perspective to the team, introducing new ideas and innovative approaches to analytics engineering.
  • Engage in cross-team collaboration, working closely with the other 3 Analytics Engineering teams.
  • Help team members grow and develop their careers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of analytics engineers; experience in Product analytics or Product software development is a plus.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
  • Familiarity with product-oriented approaches.
  • Passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
