*Key Responsibilities:*
* Proficiently set-up, adjust and operate a flexographic press with minimal direct supervision
* Perform all make-ready tasks associated with the press
* Read and review job order and understand processes required for production
* Continuously monitor finished material on press, making necessary color or press adjustments to meet quality standards
* Work as part of a team that is committed to producing a quality product and meeting company objectives in a safe and clean working environment
* Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks as necessary
* Prolonged standing with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs
* Other duties as assigned to meet team objectives
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 3 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses preferred, but will train the right candidate
* Ink mixing, plate mounting and support experience preferred
* RFID experience highly desired but not required
* Ability to consistently produce product within customer specifications, with minimal number of production errors
* Excellent trouble shooting skills in a manufacturing environment
* Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and self-directed
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to work overtime hours as needed to meet customer requirements
