We are currently hiring for Full-Time/ Part Time BOH Position.
La Posta de Mesilla is currently interviewing hard working, dependable and professional Full time/ Part time BOH staff member to join our team.
*What we are looking for:*
* Dependable & Responsible
* Prepare and food menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
* Workspace cleanliness and organization
* Knows Prep Steps and has their Serve Safe.
* Assisting with Dishes on daily basis
* Maintain professional appearance, etiquette, and use of proper language
* Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Experience working on a grill top/ flat top or pantry position preferred.
* Weekend availability (Including Sundays)
* Great work ethic and attitude
* Works well in a Team environment.
* Punctual
EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in a back of house role within the food industry is preferred.
* Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant setting.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
Shift:
* 8 hour shift
* Night shift
Experience:
* Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required)
Shift availability:
* Night Shift (Preferred)
* Day Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
