*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across multiple facilities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building systems.
* Complete work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and emergency repairs as assigned.
* Complete drywall, stucco, flooring, framing, cabinet installation, ceiling systems, and other light construction tasks as necessary.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe working condition.
* Support vendor or contractor work as needed during large-scale repairs or installations.Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Hands-on experience in drywall, stucco, concrete, flooring, framing, cabinet installation, ceiling systems, and/or window/door installation.
* Ability to read basic technical diagrams and follow instructions.Reliable, self-starting, and detail-oriented.Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
* Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
* Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
