*Position Overview*
We are seeking a results-driven *Roofing Operations Manager* to lead and oversee all aspects of our multifamily shingle roofing projects with budgets ranging from $500k-$5m. This key leadership role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, while upholding the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience managing multiple project managers and field crews while coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

_*Responsibilities*_
*Operation & Project Management*
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate all roofing projects from initiation to completion
* Oversee job setup including materials procurement, crew assignments, and logistics
* Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or challenges
* Conduct regular site visits to assess workmanship and ensure quality and safety standards are met
* Track timelines, budgets, and performance metrics; provide progress reports as needed
*Crew & Staff Leadership*
* Recruit, train, and supervise roofing crews and field personnel in collaboration with the General Manager
* Conduct performance evaluations and promote accountability across safety, quality, and productivity
* Lead regular safety and production meetings
* Support crews with troubleshooting and complex project execution
*Customer & Stakeholder Relations*
* Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, HOAs, and property managers
* Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns throughout the project lifecycle
* Oversee warranty and punch list work as required to ensure satisfaction
*Materials & Equipment Management*
* Coordinate timely delivery of roofing materials and equipment
* Maintain inventory control and ensure proper care and upkeep of tools and machinery
*Compliance & Safety*
* Enforce OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols
* Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, insurance, and regulatory compliance
* Ensure crews use proper PPE and follow safety procedures at all times
_*Qualifications*_
*Required*
* 5+ years of experience in roofing installation, project management, or operations leadership
* Proven supervisory and team management experience
* Expertise in residential asphalt roofing systems
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Proficiency in CRM/project management/scheduling software
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* *Ability to work at heights, including climbing ladders and accessing rooftops as needed*
*Preferred*
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* OSHA Certification
* Experience with HOA and multifamily projects
