A boutique luxury lifestyle brand serving ultra-high-net-worth clients needs a versatile digital marketing specialist to drive multi-channel growth during our critical Q4 period. You'll own paid acquisition (Meta/Google Ads), SEO, email marketing, landing page optimization, analytics, and content strategy—targeting professional gatekeepers (executive assistants, travel managers, wealth advisors) who make high-ticket purchasing decisions. This is NOT a single-channel specialist role; we need a strategic, hands-on marketer who can execute across all digital channels. Must have 3-5 years experience with luxury brands, B2B lead generation expertise, and ability to start immediately.

We need a strategic, versatile digital marketing specialist who can drive growth across multiple channels—paid ads, SEO, email, CRO, analytics, and content—while targeting a sophisticated B2B audience.

This is NOT:

  • A single-channel specialist role (Meta ads only, SEO only, etc.)
  • A social media manager position focused on organic content
  • A junior role for recent graduates

This IS:

  • A full-spectrum growth marketing role with diverse responsibilities
  • Strategic execution across paid acquisition, organic channels, and conversion optimization
  • B2B lead generation targeting professional gatekeepers for high-ticket services
  • A high-impact position where your work directly drives revenue

What You'll Do:Paid Acquisition (40% of role):

Launch and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns targeting executive assistants, travel managers, wealth advisors, and family office staff
Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) to complement Meta efforts
Manage $5K-$15K monthly ad budgets with aggressive CPL and ROAS optimization
Build sophisticated B2B audience segments using job titles, industries, and wealth signals
Execute continuous A/B testing across audiences, creative, messaging, and placements

Growth Marketing & Optimization (60% of role):

Develop and execute SEO strategy to increase organic visibility for target keywords and drive qualified traffic
Create and optimize landing pages for professional audiences with clear CTAs and trust signals
Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across website, forms, and funnels
Build and manage email marketing campaigns with segmentation, automation, and nurture sequences
Develop content strategy that supports lead generation and establishes brand authority
Set up and manage analytics infrastructure: GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, attribution modeling
Track and report on KPIs across all channels: CPL, CAC, ROAS, organic traffic, conversion rates, pipeline contribution
Identify and test new acquisition channels as opportunities arise
Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead quality and conversion processes

Required Qualifications:Multi-Channel Expertise:

3-5 years digital marketing experience with proven results across multiple channels (paid ads, SEO, email, CRO)
Meta Ads Manager proficiency with B2B lead generation experience (NOT just B2C/e-commerce)
Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Remarketing)
SEO knowledge with hands-on experience improving organic rankings and traffic
Email marketing experience (segmentation, automation, deliverability)
Landing page optimization & CRO with measurable conversion improvements
Analytics mastery: GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, data analysis
Content strategy experience supporting lead generation goals

Industry & Audience Expertise:

Luxury brand marketing background (high-end services or premium offerings)
B2B lead generation experience targeting professional audiences by job title/industry
High-ticket service marketing ($10K+ transactions, long sales cycles)
Professional audience targeting expertise - you've successfully reached executive assistants, wealth managers, travel managers, or similar gatekeepers
Budget management: $10K+ monthly ad spend
