Business Analyst / Project Manager  We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our client as a Technical Business Analyst. This pivotal role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving innovation, and enhancing business performance. Key Responsibilities Act as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring technology aligns with business goals. Develop a thorough understanding of business operations, objectives, and challenges. Engage in strategic planning to prioritise technology requirements. Collect and convert business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with IT to design and implement scalable and sustainable technology solutions. Project Management: Oversee technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve successful project implementation. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues. Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors. Communicate project status and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Skills and Experience: Essential Skills: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or a similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and translating business needs into technical requirements. Excellent project management skills with a successful track record in delivering technology projects. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering innovative solutions. Desirable Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to the retail industry.
