Context:

As Data & AI Culture lead reporting to GO Chief Data Officer within AXA Group Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by contributing to the GO Data & AI Strategy which includes establishing robust data foundations such as data governance, data quality management, and Data Platforms, while fostering data & AI culture and maintaining a prioritized portfolio of data & AI use cases to support business objectives, business decision making, and transformation.

Objective:

The main objective of the Data & AI Culture Lead is to promote a data and AI-driven culture within AXA Group Operations, by encouraging the effective use of data and AI to make informed decisions and drive innovation.

Mission description:

The Data & AI Culture Lead will be responsible for defining and implementing an overall strategy to encourage the adoption of a data and AI-driven culture within AXA Group Operations. This will involve collaborating with different teams to identify communication, training, and transformation needs, while ensuring that data and AI are effectively used to solve operational problems in line with the GO Data & AI Strategy.

Tasks description:

• Develop and implement a communication plan to raise awareness and mobilize employees around data and AI culture across AXA Group Operations.
• Design and deliver training tailored to different company profiles to promote understanding and effective use of data and AI delivering business objectives.
• Identify targeted transformation opportunities using data and AI to solve specific operational problems in alignment with the GO Data & AI Strategy.
• Develop key performance indicators to measure the adoption and impact of data and AI culture within AXA Group Operations.
• Create and manage an internal community focused on data and AI, promoting exchanges, sharing best practices, and cross-functional collaboration that supports the GO Data & AI Strategy.
