Within the Information Systems Organization, the IT Retail Department is in charge to identify innovative solutions and develop the applicative landscape in order for our BAs to execute their daily duties and delight our external customers!

Within our Regional IT Retail Team, we address all Sephora Markets in Europe, Middle-East and Mexico (over 20 countries). All the technologies used in the stores are covered.

The IT Efficiency Leader works closely with:

  • The IT Store Efficiency Manager to whom he/she will report to align the roadmap priorities to execute, report progress and align decisions.
  • Internal and External solution providers / delivery teams to benchmark the best of breed solutions for the store business of Sephora, seeking always for optimization and automation by design.
  • Product Owners to contribute on tech stakes.
  • Support set up and test of POCs (proof of concept) and pilots when and where necessary.
  • Ensure all IT policies related to security and architecture are met and all IT processes are followed for any new solution implementation.
  • Implement Core solutions in the above-defined scope of countries and drive the relevant change management.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • In collaboration with tech leads and with an eye on the tech market, define best and strongest solutions to fit with a business need – keeping a holistic vision process-wise.
  • Define and validate with all the stakeholders (business, suppliers, architect, etc.) the technical and business requirements.
  • Manage plannings and budgets on your own scope of initiatives.
  • Follow incidents and define mitigation plans during the hypercare phase following new implementations/upgrades on your own scope.
  • Handle knowledge transfer to AMS (and if relevant, business partners in charge of providing business support).

  • Bachelors in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent education/work experience.
  • Flexible mind-set, happy to work in a changing environment and willing to take on a broad range of activities.
  • Experience within an IT service management/service delivery or agile delivery.
  • Agile culture.
  • Acknowledgment of retail environment and priorities.
  • French & English excellent (spoken and written).
