Who We Are:

In concert with our culture, 360Learning believes learning includes everyone and that means embracing the strengths of diversity, connectedness, and inclusion. Through conscientious efforts, our global footprint celebrates cultures, perspectives, and experiences from all over the world to support our platform that is built for all regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, veteran status or any other aspect which makes an individual unique or protected by laws and regulations in the locations where we operate. Thus, 360Learning is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace, and we commit to continue this throughout our processes for recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance, promotion, and all other conditions and terms of employment. We want to learn from and with you!

Website Squad Overview:

The Website squad is composed of 2 engineers, 1 Product Manager, and 1 Designer. Its objective is to:

  • Decentralize content management to the marketing team (30+ people).
  • Create innovative user experiences with high-value-added content (interactive ebooks, simulators, communities…) as part of marketing campaigns.
  • Deploy new interfaces to support our acquisition channels (paid, content, partners…).
  • Integrate the Website with our marketing toolstack (Marketo, Wistia, Chili Piper…) to maintain and improve our acquisition engine.
  • Iterate and keep experimenting to make our Website a real conversion machine (growth hacking, analytics, UX).
Your Role:

The Website is your product, it’s the cornerstone for all 360Learning marketing and as part of the technical team, you are paramount to its success. You’ll soon:

  • Work on an attractive technical stack: Our jam stack consists of Nuxt 3 (a Vue 3 framework, with an ongoing migration to TypeScript), Prismic (a headless CMS), and Netlify (a deployment solution).
  • Grow within a R&D team that allows rapid progress: Our decentralized peer review process provides us with qualitative and regular feedback from other team members. We promote pair programming and knowledge sharing.
Within 1 month you will:
  • Discover the 360Learning website.
  • Have a global view on our codebase.
  • Become familiar with the various marketing teams.

Within 12 months you will:
  • Co-decide on architectural decisions for all front-end projects.
  • Be able to audit new tools for our martech environment.
