Job Description

You join the CIO CIB & Risks department within Natixis and more specifically the Compute & Monitoring team, as Business Analyst on the Amerisc application. The Amerisc application (Counterparty Risk Metrics Analysis) produces the xVA, PFE and EEPE measurements for all of the bank’s trading rooms. It serves three business lines: trading, risk and financial management.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Support the scoping, specification and testing of projects or developments requested by the business;
• Participate punctually in the support of the application.

The technical stack used is JAVA and C++ on Linux, Sybase and NoSQL (Hbase, Phoenix, Redis).

Our work methodology is agile and you are part of our business analyst community.

The position is based in Charenton-le-Pont and with us it is 10 days of telework per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. Our remuneration consists of a fixed amount, an annual bonus, an enterprise savings plan including profit-sharing, participation and contributions.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You are proficient in:

• Project management (ideally in risk management);
• The analysis of business needs and the development of concrete solutions;
• Communication with management and business sponsors.

You are:

• Comfortable in multicultural environments;
• Curious, organized and rigorous.

You master English with a B1 level.
