*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced *Architectural Designer *with 5–10 years of professional experience to support our *Retail sector* projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills, deep knowledge of retail architecture, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of architects.
*Key Responsibilities:*
· Lead design efforts for retail projects, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and code-compliant solutions.
· Develop architectural drawings, details, and documentation using *Revit *(minimum 5 years’ experience required).
· Serve as primary point of contact with clients, effectively communicating design intent, project progress, and solutions.
· Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
· Review project deliverables to ensure adherence to firm standards and client expectations.
*Qualifications:*
· *Education:* Undergraduate degree in Architecture or related work experience.
· *Experience:* 5–10 years of professional architecture experience, preferably in *retail design.* Architectural License is not required.
· *Technical Skills:*
o Minimum 5 years’ experience with *Revit* (modeling, documentation, and coordination).
o Proficient in producing construction documents, details, and presentations.
· Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and retail design best practices.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
