Our Client & Compliance Analytics Platform integrates data from various operational systems into a versatile data warehouse. We create reports for compliance, back-office operations, and senior management. You’ll join a small, supportive, and motivated team to take ownership of this critical platform and help shape its future.

What would your role be?

  • Take charge of the technical side of a large data warehouse crucial for compliance and management transparency.

  • Act as a lead developer for the design, architecture, and implementation of new data models and interfaces.

  • Automate operations (DevOps, monitoring, releases, data loads) and ensure a smooth workflow.

  • Execute data migrations and solve data processing issues.

  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders across departments and act as project lead on major initiatives.

  • Engage in shaping the future architecture of our platform.

What are we looking for?

  • A degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, IT, or related field.

  • Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and experience with Oracle databases.

  • Experience with cloud databases (Snowflake), Kafka, Openshift, Linux servers, Tableau, or web technologies is a plus.

  • 5-10 years of experience in similar roles in the financial sector.

  • Strong communication skills in English (required); German is a plus.

  • Eagerness to learn, share knowledge, and grow with the team.
