As a key player in enterprise content management, Digital Workplace Solutions, and digital/paper-based document workflow, they offer an exciting environment where your expertise will make a significant impact.

Tasks

As a System Engineer & Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital workplace. Your responsibilities will include:

• Expanding the MS Teams platform with additional apps.
• Conducting user training in the client and M365 environment.
• Continuously optimizing client management processes.
• Continuously optimizing operations processes in the Digital Office.
• Participating in internal projects.
• Offering professional support to ICT specialist trainees.
• Providing support for requests (tickets) in the Dynamics environment.
• Ensuring user support and developing support processes further.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT.
• Further training in Microsoft Azure, InTune, and the M365 platform.
• In-depth support experience.
• Experience in client management.
• Proven experience in training IT apprentices.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.
• Proficiency in German and English; French is a plus.
• An extroverted and communicative personality.
• A knack for conceptual, process-oriented thinking and action.
