This on-site position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a team-driven environment. Position Responsibilities Analyze and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to support workforce planning, recruitment, turnover, and other staffing priorities.

Create engaging metrics and insights for management to share with stakeholders at every level.

Develop and enhance intermediate tools using Workday, Excel, and Access.

Work closely with business teams to embed productivity targets and labor objectives into comprehensive workforce plans.

Review HR system transactions to identify data integrity issues and propose procedural adjustments or user training needs.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.

2+ years of analytical experience in a professional setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.
