*Position Overview*
We are seeking an Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD) with a passion for general dentistry and patient care. Our ideal candidate is someone who is naturally optimistic, energetic, detail-oriented, and has a great work ethic.
The focus of this role is restorative dentistry, but depending on your skills and interests, you will also have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures within our practice – including oral surgery, endodontics, IV sedation, and orthodontics. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to broaden their clinical experience in a supportive setting.
All experience levels are welcome, so whether you are a seasoned dentist or a recent graduate, we encourage you to apply. For new graduates, we offer strong mentorship to help you build confidence and refine your skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with an emphasis on restorative procedures for patients of all ages.
* If interested and qualified, the opportunity exists to perform additional procedures such as oral surgery, endodontic therapy, IV sedation, and orthodontic procedures.
* Hygiene exams
* Work closely with our experienced team of dental professionals to ensure each patient receives exceptional care and a positive experience.
* Support practice culture by consistently demonstrating our core values of: positivity, loyal team player, patient focused, excellence.
*Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
* Idaho dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) in good standing.
* All experience levels are welcome – new graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent clinical skills in general dentistry and a willingness to learn and adopt new techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
* Interest or experience in oral surgery, endodontics, IV sedation, or orthodontics is a plus, but not required.

* Full-Time Schedule: Consistent Monday–Friday work week, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with potential expansion to 5:00 PM as the practice grows).
