Senior Software Engineer - Java (w/m/d) 80% – 100%

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Java to strengthen our IT Delivery Solutions team. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining the systems that ensure seamless and efficient transport operations, from our warehouse to the customer's door.

What impact do you have?

• You will be technically responsible for successfully executing challenging software projects, from initial analysis and design through to production deployment and ongoing support.
• You have the soft skills required to clearly communicate complex concepts and effectively coach the software engineers on your team.
• You will play a key role in co-developing and supporting the effective implementation of features, with a strong emphasis on clean code, sustainable architecture, and robust test automation.
• You will contribute to and maintain modern development workflows, as well as CI/CD pipelines.

What do you offer?

• Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) in Computer Science.
• 5 years of experience in Java software development, with a track record of implementing complex solutions, including microservices.
• Fluency in French and English; German is beneficial.
• You are a strong problem solver, capable of working independently or collaboratively. You have a proactive approach and a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• You embrace a strong DevOps culture, using tools like Docker, AKS/Kubernetes, DataDog, SonarCloud, Maven, and SQL Server to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
• You have an excellent grasp of programming concepts, particularly in Java and the SpringBoot framework, along with experience in designing RESTful APIs.
