IT PROJECT MANAGER / SCRUM / MENDRISIO

On behalf of an esteemed customer in the Digital field, we are researching the following profile:

PROJECT MANAGER / SCRUM METHODOLOGY

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals;
• Work closely with product owners, developers (junior and senior) and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment;
• Manage and optimize the flow of product value using various tools, such as the Jira (Scrum and Kanban);
• Organize, manage and facilitate the scrum process and ceremonies, as well as filling the gap between stakeholder and the product team.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in project management, working in complex technical projects with multiple vendors involved;
• Experience in managing scrum teams, UX designers, business analysts, frontend/backend developers, devops and testers;
• Experience in projects where Agile methodologies were encapsulated in Project Management methodologies;
• Good written and verbal communication skills, able to speak in a multi culture environment (Italian and English are the most used languages in the office and with our customers).
