You will support demanding projects in different business areas, using cutting-edge technologies and tools.
Your responsibilities include optimizing the conceptual and visual design of interfaces (web and mobile applications)
You analyze and document business challenges (strategies and objectives, interviews with stakeholders, analysis of documentation)
Identify user behaviors and convert results into personas and experience maps
You define target experiences and identify important touch points (user paths, storyboards, workflows).
Define information architecture (map sorting workshop, conceptual models, tree structure)
Participate in and carry out usability tests
What require:
Completed studies (ETH, university, HES) with a design orientation
Training and certificates in the specific field of UX (UXQB, professional diploma in UX design) are an advantage
At least 4 years’ proven professional experience in the UX field
Knowledge of the most important UX methods (user research, prototyping, testing methods, interaction design, visual design)
Initial skills in HTML, CSS, Figma
