Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in Veeva CRM and Power BI to join one of our clients in Biotech. This role is crucial in supporting commercial excellence through effective data integration, insightful visualizations, and upskilling internal teams on optimizing the use of Veeva CRM. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, IT, and executive teams to drive impactful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration: Lead the integration of commercial and CRM data into Veeva CRM, ensuring accurate and seamless data flow.
• Upskilling Teams: Provide informal training and support to internal teams on maximizing the use of Veeva CRM software.
• Power BI Visualization: Analyze complex datasets and create meaningful visualizations using Power BI to aid decision-making for internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and executive teams to support commercial excellence through data-driven insights.
• Performance Reviews: Assist in preparing monthly performance reviews for different countries by extracting and analyzing CRM and sales data.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Veeva CRM and Power BI.
• Expertise in Veeva CRM, including experience with data integration and process optimization.
• Proven ability to create insightful, actionable visualizations in Power BI.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments (marketing, sales, IT, and executives).
• Biotech, rare diseases, or product launch experience preferred.
• Multilingual capabilities (German or French) are a plus but not required.
• A go-getter attitude, with a passion for data and driving business results.

Position: Data Analyst
Contract: 12 months
Location: Switzerland (EU remote options)
Start Date: Immediately or by agreement
