  • Interact with the other PMO colleagues to build conclusive information from the PMO resource and finance tool for discussions with management.
  • Work at the project management office involving optimizing, monitoring, and controlling the new PPM solution.
  • Lead in developing concepts and providing advice to the project management team concerning the development and enhancement of a PMO tool landscape.
  • Lead the creation of monthly reports, maintaining the data of resource and project budget (e.g., Resource & costs reporting).
  • Create management presentations based on the inputs & data provided.
  • Support Controlling (such as alignments on budget topics).
  • Monthly data exchange on the interface between SAP and PPM Tool.

You bring these skills, experience & education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally from universities with a focus on project management or business.
  • 2-3 years of job experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good level of MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, proficient in using analysis tools (e.g., Excel, MS Power BI).
