Job Title: C&SP Program Manager, Digital Energy

Mission: Ensure the customer satisfaction of a top strategic Data Centre client through consistent tendering, excellent project execution, and very good communication. The C&SP Program manager is a significant client leadership position in a multi-cultural, global environment where collaboration is key.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer satisfaction and execution efficiency across EMEA and APAC for Schneider Electric’s Digital Energy project scope (BMS/EPMS controls)
• Build the execution plans in collaboration with our application centres to support greenfield & brownfield data centre developments
• Maintain account playbook and effectively on-board country operations teams
• Support the commercial team in client relationship management to aide business expansion
• Anticipate potential issues and support execution teams to mitigate project roadblocks
• Spearhead lessons learned analysis to ensure continuous improvement
• Provide clear visibility on the client development pipeline, top risks & opportunities, and continuous improvement workstreams
• Establish formal cadences with customer to ensure consistent communications

Skills and attributes:

• Solid years in customer project execution role
• Experience interacting with top strategic accounts
• Data center sales or construction project management experience
• Exposure to data center automation and controls
• Familiarity with Schneider Electric’s Customer Project Process (CPP)
• Good communication skills in English

Education

• Bachelors degree in technical field or equivalent experience
