We are looking for Business Analysts experienced with Microsoft Dynamics to join our Talent Community.

We have hybrid offices in Zurich, St. Gallen, Geneva and Lausanne.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and systems.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Power Apps solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Power Apps is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
