We’re a growing, locally owned and operated family of independent pharmacies. In addition to retail pharmacy services, we offer durable medical equipment, vaccination services, infusion, long term care, pharmacy compounding, clinical, and consulting services.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll help us develop relationships with patients and provide safe, accurate and efficient care for our patients. Some of the duties and requirements of a pharmacy technician include but are not limited to:
* accurately entering and filling prescriptions
* answering phone calls/calling provider offices
* assisting the pharmacist with clinical encounters
* billing and troubleshooting third party claims
* communicating with patients and providers in a professional manner
* managing inventory and supplies
* interacting with patients and consulting them on OTC/front end products
* be able to work quickly and multitask
* operate the Point of Sale system efficiently (cashier)
* be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* be able to be on your feet for the majority of your workday
*This position includes working at our Limon, CO location. *
As an established, independent pharmacy, we are able to be flexible in many ways that some of our competitors cannot. We are closed Sundays, nights, and holidays.

*Education, Certification/License, and Experience Required*
* High school diploma
* Excellent computer skills (typing, operating systems)
* PTCB Certification
* Current Colorado Certified Pharmacy Technician License
* Customer service experience
*Preferred (not required)*
* Experience in an independent pharmacy setting
* Experience with non-sterile and/or sterile compounding
* Experience with DME orders and billing
