We're a fast-growing countertop fabrication and installation company serving all of Arkansas. Known for quality, speed, and service, we're expanding our Rogers location and looking for dependable team members who want to build a long-term career with us.

Position Overview

This hybrid role splits time between shop work (polishing, fit & finish) and field installs (granite, quartz, and other stone countertops). The right candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with a team, and is comfortable in both customer-facing and shop environments.

Responsibilities

• Install countertops in homes and commercial projects with precision
• Perform seam setting, leveling, and sink mounting
• Polish, finish edges, and complete touch-ups in the shop
• Safely handle heavy slabs using cranes, forklifts, and dollies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet job deadlines

Requirements

• Experience in countertop installation or fabrication preferred (construction/trades experience considered)
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs with a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Willingness to learn advanced stone fabrication and installation techniques

• Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
