What You'll Do

• Cold call and find the right clients who are the best fit for our services
• Make high-volume outbound calls to decision-makers across Canada, the USA, and the UK
• Present and sell professional B2B service solutions for a contact center
• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM
• Hit goals, celebrate wins, and continuously improve
• Bring positive energy and a results-first mindset every day

What You Bring

• 1+ year of outbound or B2B sales experience (cold calling required; service sales preferred)
• Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills
• Resilient, goal-driven, and motivated by success
• Coachable and eager to master a proven sales process

Realistic total earnings: $100K–$120K+ annually
