Senior Designer

who brings
next-level thinking

—someone who can help clients envision the full potential of their landscapes with innovative designs, modern materials, and inspired concepts.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their goals, vision, and style.
• Design and present conceptual and detailed landscape plans that inspire and excite.
• Prepare estimates and manage projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with field crews to ensure your designs are implemented to the highest standards.
• Manage the client's expectations and requests from start to finish, including walkthroughs and invoicing
• Stay current on design trends, sustainable practices, and new materials.

What We're Looking For

- Experience:

2+ years in high-end residential landscape design and construction project management. AutoCAD experience required.

Confidently present, quote, and manage the projects you design.
- Strong Work Ethic:
