Evening Rehab Clinic Receptionist

What you'll do:

• Welcome and receive clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
• Answer client inquiries from walk-ins, phone, and email
• Appointment scheduling, billing, and managing accounts receivables; follow up with insurance companies as necessary
• Maintain reception and common areas
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as arises; supporting and assisting various clinic team members as necessary
• Support a team of healthcare professionals and clinicians

What you'll need:

• Medical reception experience, sales, and/or client services
• Experience with Jane clinic management software, online insurance and WSIB billing, and accounts receivables
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Personable and enthusiastic, loves interacting with people

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
