We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team. Project locations range from Southeastern Manitoba to Winnipeg and the surrounding area. About the Opportunity:
As a Skilled Labourer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, helping to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with site preparation and clean-up
- Loading and unloading materials
- Operating construction tools and equipment
- Digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials
- Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
- Miscellaneous framing, door and window installation
- Demolition and finish carpentry
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years construction or finish carpentry experience is required
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Understand and interpret blueprints
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working effectively both in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (Class 5 or better)
- Skid steer experience preferred but not required
- Commitment to safety in the workplace

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
