Shawnee Health is seeking a staff pharmacist to join their growing pharmacy team. This position reports directly to the Pharmacy Director*.*
*Responsibilities*
* Responsible for attending to the medication needs of the patients and provide drug information to patients, pharmacist, physicians, nurses and other clinical staff.
* Ensuring the proper dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications within regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
* Carrying out daily operations of pharmacy and remote dispensing sites including supervising a team of pharmacy technicians.
* Supports the efficient workflow of the pharmacy and assists the Pharmacy Director in identifying ways to optimize pharmacy financials, inventory management and enhance patient experience
*Requirements*
Mandatory
State of Illinois Registered Pharmacist License
*Starting salary - *$102,000 – $154,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Pay: $102,000.00 - $154,000.00 per year
