We are looking for a highly organized and service-driven Customer Service Representative to join our client's team based out of Hawkesbury ON. If you take pride in your work, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a busy, supportive environment, they would love to have you on their team. These are full-time permanent positions, a direct hire with the company not through an agency.
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Process customer orders, billing, and payments while keeping account information accurate and up to date.
- Manage operations movements, prepare daily reports, and maintain organized records.
- Oversee inventory and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment installations, maintenance, and service requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration, Customer Service, clerical, or accounting roles.
- Strong communication skills and solid computer proficiency.
- Excellent multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to teamwork and great service.
Work schedule and compensation package:
- Monday to Friday schedule – Full-time Day Shift and No weekends.
- Competitive pay $45K-$55K salary depending on experience and benefits package including medical, dental, and life coverage for you and your family.
