Hybrid - Server / Bartender - - Full time

We are looking for talented, hardworking server/bartender. This is a mixed position when the perfect candidate can take on a couple bar shifts and other days serving shifts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways
• Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services; explain/romance the menu concept and style when necessary
• Be responsive and helpful regarding off-menu items such as classic cocktails and expand personal knowledge in this area as much as possible
• Ring in orders accurately, adding modifiers where needed
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks; keen desire to expand knowledge and keep on trends
• Ability to serve tables on a proper and excellent manner
• A positive, energetic outlook with a passion for hospitality
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to carry and lift up to 25-40lb
