Application Support – Temenos

Application Support vacancy requiring profound Temenos knowledge for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your Tasks

• Diagnosing and resolving application issues, including identifying and troubleshooting application-related problems and ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Providing technical support to end-users through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and guiding users on application functionalities.
• Collaborating with development teams to identify software bugs, ensuring that applications run smoothly.
• Performing system maintenance, including updates and performance monitoring.
• Documenting support activities, including maintaining accurate records of support activities, issues encountered, and resolutions.
• Creating training materials and conducting sessions for users to enhance their understanding of the applications, thereby improving user experience and productivity.

Your Experience/Knowledge

• 2+ years of professional experience in application support roles.
• Practical knowledge of Temenos T24, TAFJ, including ITIL Foundation certification.
• Good command of Windows OS at server level.
• Good know-how of Unix, ideally with shell scripting experience.
• University degree in Computer Science or other IT related certification.
• Language skills: English, German.
