Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.Your role and responsibilitiesWe're looking for a Managing Application Developer to lead our cloud development initiatives. You will guide the design, development, and maintenance of our cloud‑based applications while mentoring junior and mid‑level developers. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on designing, coding, testing, and deploying cloud‑native applications using modern full‑stack technologies.ResponsibilitiesSystem Design: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud applications using full‑stack technologies.Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior and mid‑level developers, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and efficiency.Problem‑Solving: Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, applying your deep expertise in full‑stack cloud development.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in our development practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.Technical Vision: Shape the technical direction of our cloud applications and contribute to strategic decision‑making.Project Leadership: Lead smaller projects from design through deployment, showcasing strong technical and project management skills.Mentorship: Guide and support Junior Developers, fostering their growth and development.Required educationNonePreferred educationBachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertiseCloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and services.Leadership: Proven leadership qualities, with a track record of managing teams and delivering projects.Problem‑Solving: Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities, with a history of effectively addressing and resolving complex engineering issues.Communication: Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and upper managementCommunication: Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and upper managementAs an equal opportunities’ employer, we welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
