About The Role
As a Staff Data Product Analyst, you will play a key role in the future of Vestiaire Collective. You will report directly to the Head of Data Products and work closely with the VP of Product, defining KPIs, creating dashboards and analyzing data to generate hypotheses and identify growth opportunities. You will advocate for a data-driven culture, as well as objective analysis over the impact of our work. As a key partner to the Buyer Experience team, you'll drive data-informed decisions to enhance the experience of our members and buyers.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics for the teams to evaluate and monitor our product performance.
  • Identify and implement tracking for essential user interactions, enabling comprehensive behavior analysis and informed decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth product and user analytics to uncover key growth drivers for the product and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop insightful reports and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance in the design and implementation of A/B tests and other experimental methodologies for new features and business opportunities. Conduct thorough analysis of results to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across Product, Software Engineering, and UX departments to define strategic priorities and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor and support fellow Product Analysts within the team, establishing best practices and providing guidance to promote individual and collective growth in effectiveness and expertise.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in the field, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong SQL knowledge with experience in querying large, complex data sets. Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and product experimentation.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (Tableau expertise is particularly valued).
  • Confidence in presenting insights to senior stakeholders and translating complex findings into clear strategies.
  • A talent for crafting compelling narratives from data.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the fashion and luxury industry.
