Please note that this role will involve interaction with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and store merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised. To safeguard our business and customers, a review of criminal history is required.
The selected individual will work at Store #3398, located at 1060 E Lincoln Highway, New Lenox, IL 60451. Additionally, flexibility to cover hours at other stores within our POD is expected. This is a part-time position with compensation starting at $16.40 per hour.

Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and suggesting suitable products and services.

Pull and prepare products from inventory.
Tint and mix products to fulfill customer specifications.

Adhere to inventory control protocols.
Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work without needing visa sponsorship.
Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
Willingness to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role.
Experience selling paint and related products.
Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus.
