Join Sherwin-Williams for our paid Summer 2025 Management and Sales Internship, a dynamic 10-12 week program designed to provide you with invaluable hands-on experience in our retail store environment. This is your chance to dive deep into management, sales, and store operations while enhancing customer interactions. During this internship, you'll gain practical knowledge and insights into a career in outside sales. You'll travel with a Sales Representative and spend structured time with your management team. Collaboratively, you'll work with peers on a project that tackles critical business challenges while receiving support from leadership. This internship offers professional learning opportunities in: Sales Marketing/Promotions Merchandising Customer Relationship Management Business Management Successful interns will be encouraged to apply for the Management & Sales Training Program (MTP) to further their career with Sherwin-Williams! Please note that college graduates are not eligible for this internship but are welcome to apply to the MTP instead. This role involves customer interaction, including with minors, and access to sensitive areas, thus a review of criminal history is essential to safeguard the business and maintain safety for all our stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship now or in the future Must be enrolled in a college or university during the internship Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License One or more years in delivery, retail, or customer service roles Previous team-oriented work experience, whether through jobs, activities, or military service Multilingual abilities are a plus Current or rising Junior or Senior in college at the start of the internship
