Senior/Principal Product Development Engineer (m/f/d) - GaN

About the role:

As Senior/Principal Product Development Engineer (m/f/d), you will join our talented and ambitious Gallium Nitride (GaN) R&D team, directly contributing to our ability to successfully produce GaN devices.

This is your new job:

• Lead semiconductor power device product development, ramp-up to production, and yield improvement activities.
• Identify and drive key engineering activities that optimize product life cycle and yield.
• Consider all product aspects from design to manufacturing to effective cost structure.
• Deliver concise summaries, and conclusions, and influence development activities and testing to optimize our products.

This is you:

• Preferably a PhD or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of power semiconductor devices, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in power semiconductor product development, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs, gained within an industrial setting.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and requirements clearly and to influence stakeholders at all levels.
